1. Overview
Crevio is a software-only product. No human-driven services are involved in the delivery of the product. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Refunds are available as set out below and in line with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms (Paddle is our payment provider and Merchant of Record).
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your initial purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with Paddle's processes.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@crevio.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
- Your order ID or receipt number (from your Paddle confirmation email).
We will acknowledge your request and process it in line with Paddle's refund policy. Refunds are typically issued within the timeframe set by Paddle.
