1. Overview
We want every Crevio customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with Crevio within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.
2. Eligibility
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
- Refunds apply only to first-time purchases. Renewals, plan upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable.
- Accounts that have already been refunded previously are not eligible for additional refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@crevio.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase
- Your order ID or receipt number
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
We will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect:
- Fraudulent, abusive, or excessive refund activity
- Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Significant usage of the platform that indicates the service was received as described
