1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Crevio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

Crevio is owned and operated by Afaxon. References to “Crevio,” “we,” “us,” or “our” also refer to Afaxon and its affiliates. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Crevio is a WordPress content automation platform that enables users to:

  • Generate content using AI-powered tools.
  • Connect and manage multiple WordPress sites.
  • Schedule and publish content automatically.
  • Manage posts, categories, and tags.
  • Access content analytics and reporting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and update your account information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Generate, publish, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Collect information about other users without consent.

5. WordPress Site Connections

When connecting your WordPress sites, you:

  • Represent that you own or have authorisation to manage the sites you connect.
  • Grant us permission to access and manage your sites via API.
  • Are responsible for maintaining the security of your WordPress credentials.
  • May disconnect your sites at any time.

We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or data loss on your WordPress sites. You are responsible for maintaining backups.

6. Content Ownership & License

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Use your content to improve and enhance the Service.
  • Display your content on your connected WordPress sites as directed by you.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated using AI tools is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance before publishing.

6A. AI Processing & Automated Systems

Crevio uses AI and automated systems to provide content generation features. By using the Service:

  • You consent to your content instructions being processed by third-party AI providers for the purpose of generating content.
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and you are solely responsible for verification.
  • You understand that we do not guarantee originality. You are responsible for ensuring content does not infringe third-party rights.
  • We do not use your personal data or content to train AI models.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, functionality, design, and software, is owned by Crevio and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Payment & Billing

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Auto-Renewal: You authorise us to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • Free Trial: If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial expires to avoid charges.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Extended periods of inactivity.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREVIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crevio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
