Crevio offers a 7-day refund window for first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund by emailing info@crevio.ai with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and previously refunded accounts are not eligible.
